Life in Montreal

OMG, what a day. When you have the time, you just never know what's going to happen do you. This morning was interesting for I had to find a laundrymat, (yes, I had to clean some clothes), and walk around with dirty, then clean, clothes in Montreal Canada just like a native. Ain't it great. Breakfast at a local diner was wonderful. (Colleen has me working on the "not eating at anywhere I can eat at home" thing and how fun is that).

Then, I struck out with no plans whatever and ended up in places that you wouldn't believe. Old Towne, with street vendors as well as street entertainers. (Lot's of homeless trying to stay warm and get a good day's sleep. How sad. Kinda a worldwide thing isn't it. )China town with the real deals. More beautiful government buildings and churches/cathedrals, etc, etc, etc. And the a great, non assembly line Pannini, and it wuz guud. I'll try to load plenty of pics so you can enjoy also.

BTW, I am so happy you have decided to join me on this jaunt. If you can't be here physically, I know you are feeling and thinking with me.

I've decided to spend another day in Montreal because I still haven't made it to "underground shopping", or the casino. For shame, for shame.

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving here, so I don't know what will be open, but I know I will be. (Wide open that is) I'll update you on what I find out and experience, so hang in there with me.

Love you, (and I mean it!)

Eddie
